Services Agreement

SERVICES PROVIDED

 

Contractor has been engaged to get Client booked on one or more television shows (the “Services”). Placements will be secured over {#months} months.

 

TERM OF AGREEMENT

 

The term of this Agreement (the "Term") will begin on the date when the agreement has been signed, and the initial agreed payment has been made by the Client, and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the Services, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement. The Term may be extended with the written consent of the Parties.

 

COMPENSATION

 

The Contractor will charge the Client for the Services as follows (the "Compensation"):

 

• Cost per placement  {Cost per placement}

• Quantity of television show placements: {Quantity booked}

• Total contract:  {Total contract}

• Payment terms:  {Payment terms}

 

All invoices submitted by the Contractor to the Client are due upon receipt. Any invoice not paid may result in the suspension or termination of the services by Contractor.

 

100% GUARANTEE

 

If for any reason Contractor is unable to secure a television spot, a full refund for that placement will be made to Client.

 

MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT

Because of the nature of the services being delivered, all television placements are reserved and booked in advance, and it is not possible to terminate this Agreement after the project has commenced. Any booking that needs to be rescheduled within seven (7) days of the confirmed interview date will require a $750 rebooking fee.

 

INUREMENT

 

This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding on the Parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, and permitted successors and assigns.

 

GOVERNING LAW

 

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
